Bylaw Amendment Proposals
Require May 12 Postmark
In accordance with Section 1B of Article XIX of the BVA National
Bylaws, as amended, proposed amendments to the BVA National Bylaws
must be submitted in writing to the National Secretary at BVA
National Headquarters (Attn: Administrative Director) postmarked
no later than 90 days before the national convention.
A proposed amendment should be complete and written clearly and
concisely. It must contain the rationale for the amendment, and
must be signed by an officer of the regional group or by the individual
submitting it.
Any proposed amendments submitted for consideration by the BVA
59th National Convention must arrive at BVA National Headquarters
postmarked no later than May 12, 2004.
Any resolutions for consideration of the BVA 59th National Convention
body should also be submitted to BVA National Headquarters (Attn:
Administrative Director) by the aforementioned deadline.
