Recent Testimony Submitted to Congress

The Blinded Veterans Association is the only Congressionally chartered veterans service organization exclusively dedicated to serving the needs of the Nation's blinded veterans and their families. BVA is the voice for blinded veterans before both the executive and legislative branches of government. The Association is frequently requested to submit testimony regarding issues that affect blinded veterans.
