Final Thought

photo of St. John's Bridge

Blinded veterans and their families should seriously contemplate taking a breathtaking excursion by car across the historic St. John’s Bridge, located only minutes from convention activities in downtown Portland.

The structure, built in 1931 and styled like San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge, spans the Willamette River and offers a view that reveals Portland’s magnificence as a commercial hub.
