Thursday, July 19 – Deadline for receipt of hotel
reservation form or phoning in reservations at the Wyndham Miami
Beach Resort.
Thursday, August 4 – Deadline for mailing pre-registration
fees to BVA National Headquarters. A postmark of August 4 or before
is acceptable in this case.
Thursday, August 4 – Deadline for cancellation of
pre-registration in order to receive full refund. BVA must be
notified on or before this date, and a postmark is not acceptable
in this case.
Sweepstakes Update
As of May 19, the sweepstakes total revenue stood at $18,139,
meaning that the total prize pool was valued at nearly $9,000.
Half of the funds generated through the sweepstakes will be awarded
as prizes and the other half will be used to defray convention
expenses.
Continue sending the tickets to BVA National Headquarters! The
larger the donations are, the greater the value of the prizes.

The first mailing of the tickets indicated that July 31 was the
deadline for returning the completed tickets. Because July 31
is a Sunday, all tickets must be received at BVA National Headquarters
by Monday, August 1, to be eligible for the prizes.
