Convention Highlights
In addition to the usual business meetings and events, the registration
fee also pays for the following meals and cocktail/social functions.
All of the following will occur in the Mediterranean East Ballroom.
National President’s Reception — Tuesday, August
16, 7-9 p.m.
Father Carroll Luncheon — Friday, August 19, 12:30-2:30
p.m.
Awards Reception and Banquet — Saturday, August 20,
6-7 p.m., one-hour hosted bar; Awards Banquet, 7-10 p.m.
Optional Activities
The following are offered to attendees at a significant reduction
in price.
Box Lunches – Wednesday, August 17, Noon-1:30 p.m.
The lunches will be sold to convention participants in the Exhibit
Hall for $8 each.
Sea Escape Cruise – Thursday, August 18, 9:00 a.m.-4:30
p.m. The price is $15 and will include transportation. More information
will be sent with confirmation materials.
Barbecue – Friday, August 19, 7:00-11:30 p.m. The
price is $10 and will include food, disc jockey, and dancing.
There will be a cash bar at this event, which will occur in the
Mediterranean East Ballroom, lobby level.
