Pre-Registration
The procedure for mailing pre-registration packets has changed
this year. All BVA members should have received a short notice
at their homes or offices. The notice specifies that a request
must be made to BVA National Headquarters in order for a packet
to be mailed to them. Please call 800-669-7079 or 202-371-8880
or email amongelli@bva.org.
If requests are made during regular business hours, callers should
ask for Annette Mongelli or Janell Miller and be prepared to provide
complete address information. If requests are left on BVA’s
voice messaging system, callers should speak loudly and clearly.
Pre-registration packets will be mailed to callers within one
week. This is a new procedure so please be patient with our staff.
The fee again is $80 for adults and $45 for each child 12 years
old and younger if pre-registration is postmarked before August
4, 2005. After that date, the respective fees become $100 and
$60.
Pre-registration includes completion of the form in the official
convention packet. Mail the form, along with a check, money order
(payable to BVA 60th National Convention), or credit card information
(MasterCard or Visa only) in the self-addressed envelope provided.
Pre-registered attendees may later discover that they cannot attend
the convention. Such individuals can receive a full refund if
they notify BVA National Headquarters no later than noon on Thursday,
July 29. The only exceptions will be medical emergencies.
