It can quickly be completed and mailed to BVA at 477 H Street NW, Washington, DC 20001. You can also download various versions of the application via the links below and then send it to BVA National Headquarters using the aforementioned address. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view and print the PDF file. A brochure outlining the features and benefits of being a BVA member is also available from regional group officers and BVA volunteer offices nationwide.
