VA blind rehabilitation pioneer and BVA stalwart Russ Williams once wrote that a blind center is where faith is strongest, and where the means to achieve hope, respect, and freedom are accorded. Who could then doubt the urgent need for world-class facilities to house world-class services to blinded veterans?
