Difficulty with My HealtheVet
Today I tried to order prescriptions through the My Healthe
Vet site using the Jaws Screen Reader 13. After 45 minutes with no results, I called the regional hospital and was referred to the national health line. I was on the telephone for more than an hour with a technician and still was not able to successfully access the prescription refill.
If anyone knows whom to contact to make this site more user-friendly, please let us all know!
