Accompanied by Veterans of Foreign War guides and a host of onlookers at Arlington National Cemetery’s Tomb of the Unknowns, OIF veterans and former Operation Peer Support participants Travis Fugate and Allen Osmundsen assist Norman Jones in presenting the BVA wreath. An address by Vice President Richard Cheney preceded the VSO wreath laying.

OIF blinded veteran Travis Fugate at BVA National Headquarters on Veterans Day. BVA supporters returned special candles which were melded together into one commemorative candle. This candle was lit in honor of America’s blinded veterans from all conflicts.
