Thank you for forwarding the resolutions adopted at the 58th
Blinded Veterans Association National Convention. The Department
of Veterans Affairs (VA) appreciates being apprised of the issues
that are of importance to you and the veterans your represent.
We have reviewed the resolutions your provided and present you
with our comments on these resolutions in the attachment to this
letter. Per a prior agreement, VA cannot comment on those resolutions
that require legislative action. In accordance with that agreement,
we have not provided comments on Resolutions 10 and 18.
